Project Background
In large-scale outdoor events, the visual effects of the stage directly affect the audience’s sense of immersion and the communication power of the event. The organizer of a music festival in South Africa hopes to upgrade the stage hardware and requires the LED display to have high brightness, seamless splicing, and fast installation to cope with the strong local sunlight and changeable weather conditions.

With its mature outdoor rental LED display screen solution, our company successfully won the bid and provided a set of P3.9 high refresh rate led rental screens for the main stage of the music festival, helping to create an audio-visual shocking outdoor event.

Customer needs and challenges
1. Visibility in strong light environment: South Africa has strong sunlight, and ordinary screens are easy to reflect light, so high brightness (≥5000nit) is required to ensure clear pictures.
2. Fast disassembly and stability: The music festival has multiple stages rotating, requiring the screen to be lightweight and modular, and support installation within 24 hours.
3. Waterproof and dustproof: There are frequent sudden rainfalls outdoors, and IP65 protection level is required to ensure equipment safety.
4. Visual consistency: Avoid splicing gaps and color differences to ensure live broadcast and on-site audience experience.
